My name is Kate and I am passionate about user experience design and accessibility. I am delighted to present to you my student projects, which reflect my approach to design, creativity, and skills in creating useful, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
My journey in design began with my previous experience as an interior designer and photographer. Everything I’ve done is about space: how things fit and flow together to ensure accessibility, visibility, and usability. Currently, I work as an Accessibility Coordinator and am responsible for managing Liferay CMS. My duties include building pages, configuring widgets, administering multimedia assets, and creating and editing content with attention to stylistic consistency, ensuring all digital content meets WCAG accessibility standards. I’m now focusing my career on content management and digital accessibility, applying my skills to create well-structured, accessible, and user-friendly digital experiences.
